Who you are contracting with

Brocanttia — a guide to brocante and flea markets in Belgium, France, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands, with places to stay and eat nearby — is operated by VOF CS. By using Brocanttia you agree to these terms and contract with VOF CS. You confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our payment provider, Stripe. Stripe collects payment, calculates and collects any tax due, and acts as merchant of record on orders where that service applies. Questions about a payment can be sent to us using the contact details on your receipt.

Prices are shown in euro and include any tax that applies to your country. Memberships are offered as a monthly subscription or a one-off lifetime purchase. A monthly membership renews each month until cancelled; access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Your membership gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Brocanttia within your plan.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Brocanttia. That includes:

• Unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Interfering with the service's security, introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping the site at scale.
• Reverse engineering the service, reselling or redistributing its content, or circumventing membership restrictions.

Intellectual property

VOF CS retains ownership of Brocanttia and its content, including the software, market listings, photos and branding. Photos you upload to your album remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and display them to you as part of the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Brocanttia available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and market dates or opening hours can change at short notice — always check with the organiser before travelling. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated serious violations. When access ends, your account data is handled as described in our privacy notice.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
